Hi sir,
I am one of the users of airtel. I am raising slow internet issue from months . At the last due date of my complaint they simply sending a message issue is resolved. But i am still facing the issue. Today from 1 pm i am not able to use the internet. When i tried to reach out the problem to airtel through their customer support team. They are not taking any action or taking initiative to resolve the issue. I am a work from home employee due to these i lost most important meetings all my superiors was escalating me. Due to these negligence many people may face risk at their problematic situations. Please take in to consideration and do needful.
Note: we are about 20 airtel users in my street all are facing the same issue .
