This is Chaitanya using the mobile number +919676868668. I am facing an issue with my number, it stopped working of the sudden saying “Can’t Register SIM”. I have called your customer care regarding this and they suggested me to take a new sim and the issue will be resolved.
1) Took a new sim card and I was said that it will 2 hours for activation, I also got a message saying that my number is activate and to restart for using the services. I have restarted the phone and it is same issue.
2) I have called customer care again and they said it will take 4 hours and next time they said it will take 4 days.
The problem here is while trying to call my number it is going to some other person with number +919676468668.
+919676868668 is my primary number, I have all my bank details linked to this number.
