Hi Team,
This is Savalam Srinu and my mobile number is 9966267256.
Subject: My number(9966267256) is not working and not getting Signal.
Description:
From last 7 days my number is not working due to my sim is not getting signals and it was dead condition.
I have visited nearest Airtel Showroom( Kukatpally, Hyd-500072) and they give swap sim and confirmed that it will activate within 4 hours.
After 4 hours i have got a message sim number could not be completed successfully for this again i went to Airtel showroom and i met the manager,
they didn’t give any response and they are rude manner and finally they told me will activate within 3 working days
From last 7 days they are not responding anything.
Kindly please help me this situation and advise me for next action plan as this is very critical, Due to this sim issue , i am not able to do any financials transaction and lost the calls from Family members.
