Issue with Jio Recharge via ‘Recharge for a Friend’ Feature
I recently recharged my number using the ‘recharge for a friend’ feature on my father’s Jio account. However, I encountered some issues with the recharge process, and the amount has been deducted from my father’s account, but the recharge hasn’t reflected on my number. I have attempted to reach out to Jio’s customer support, but the issue remains unresolved.
