This is Pradeepta Kumar, I purchased the Model: F220B JIO Phone in last 40 days. After using of 30 days it’s started making issues in devises. It showing the software issues, and always hold in handing mode, and keypads are also not working properly. Sometimes its auto blocking the SIM network, once it switched Off and On then only it’s active. And always making Network issues in SIM card slot, I mean to say it’s a reject or Dummy pics which I have received.
I was trying to reach to JIO office but the executive were telling that it will charges for 1200rs for replacement, but as it has been 1 year of warranty for this device but now one is response to it now. I have been reach to Mr. Harish (JPL of Jio Berhampur) and been replaced one of old mobile set, which has been the motherboard issues. So again its facing the same issues as previews. When trying to reach him but sorry to say that not got any of response or solutions at least.
I would like to make it the properly service to this JIO mobile, and will do useful to it, I need it the needful action soon to be exchange / Replacement it soon.
