Dear Jio Team,
I had booked Jio Air Fiber on 15-11-2025 with Order No. NO00019SUECU and was waiting for installation. On 21-11-2025, I received a notification that the connection was canceled, and the amount refunded to my account.
However, on 22-11-2025, your team visited my home for installation. I informed them that the order was canceled, but since instruments were already allocated, they completed the installation work.
Meanwhile, I contacted Jio agent for rebooking, of a new order and it was created with Order No. NO00019YIU0G.
Now, the instruments need to be reallocated against the new order no. NO00019YIU0G instead of earlier order no. NO00019SUECU.
The issue is that from the last two days, no one is answering my calls or providing any update on the status. I request you to kindly update the status of my connection and resolve this issue at the earliest.
