Hello Sir/Mam,
I am using Airtel Connection for Internet for more than 3 years now. This is an extra connection as I do not use it frequently. Now that I need it, I am trying to use the dongle and seems like the Internet does not work and I have been paying ever since with no usage. The dongle instrument seems to be corrupted and there is no way of getting connected to Airtel customer care as the IVR is not a user friendly way to get to talk to someone on the phone.
If by some way some one can help fix this… please do. If not please consider this as my letter to disconnect the Internet connection effective immediately – 27th April 2020.
