I have recently booked a flight ticket from EaseMyTrip and have cancelled it within 24 hours of booking with the departure date being more than a week.I have also enquired about the guidelines with the airlines and they have clearly stated that no charges of any kind be it convinience fee or handling fee would be levied by the airlines as well as the booking agency for bookings cancelled within 24 hours as per DGCA guidelines.However, EaseMyTrip has charged me with handling fee and convinience fee for the cancellation.
