Loan A/C no. 5936602
I have taken personal loan of Rs.2,00,000 on 23.11.2023 from Lendbox though Mobikwik.
And I want to pre close my loan, they are bringing terms and conditions in between saying that I can’t pre close my loan till 3 EMIs are paid.
And these Frauds are updating that I have not paid a single EMI yet. I have already paid two EMIs
I was not told or seen this tricky condition while applying for loan.
In fact I am able to see pre closure option, but while making payment I am getting some error
I wanted to pre close my loan with applicable minimum pre closure charges and interest on outstanding.
This is nothing but harassment of customers to pay more and more interests and other hidden charges.
The are real financial frauds need to be closed for future damage to customers.
