my previous history was bifocal and ordered same specification eyewear in Aug’2023.
Eye testing was done at stores, at newly opened outlet has untrained personnel have saved single vision values in the general operations store application. after delivery felt uncomfortable and visited to store. No complaint register to write a feedback at store.
The store manager informed it takes few weeks to adjust the glass / eye vision.
I usually keep 03sets of eye wear as spear, and this is the one of them. recently once again visited the store and they informed glass is single vision in the month May’2024.
this is blunder mistake of store and they are not ready to replace the glass. and educating the draft policy terms and conditions. I have visited the local stores and demanded to replace the glass without any cost to the customer
