Text of Complaint by Geetanjali Singh:

Multiple times, I’ve ordered products from Flipkart with mine and apps associated with my husband contact no. We’ve updated our correct address and contact numbers but then also my recent product is at Chinhat-226028 since 5 April with order Id- OD224550769713984000. ekart service agent is telling that he has 250 products to be delivered on same day n bla bla statement… earlier, the product was about to deliver on 7 April, then it shifted to 8 April, later on 10 April, and now, it’s 11 April..I am getting next date of 15 April…I need to handover this product to someone else..not for my use…it’s creating lot of issues..u guys are ridiculous and pathetic…my past experience was also not good…I’ve faced multiple issues in my 9 products along with delivery out of 10 previously…from now onwards, I’ll never ever use flipkart and will not recommend also to anyone…I will post over LinkedIn and other social media channels as well..along with all the delivery agent numbers… delivery agent has kept his no. Switch off for the whole day..my product is at chinhat from 5 April as tracked through ekart services.need my product to be delivered by today anyhow.
