Tata Sky changing the Packs whenever they want. This is the 3rd time they have changed the packs for my connection.
In am not getting the channels which I used to see before
I was not able to reach the Tata Sky customer care, support number busy all the time.
Now also I am online with Taka Sky Support from 15 minutes., but couldn’t talk to Support Person. I am doing this everyday.
This is completely unethical, without informing me how can they change the my pack. I went to website and checked my Pack, it doesn’t have any information about my pack/channel details that tata sky moved.( Please see screenshot)
