Hi
I wanted to raise one issue that we are facing since last one month which is not addressed by your support team. I have raised n number of complaint but no one helping us to resolve the same
Please check my complaint log you will see all the details. In last one month four time the router was changed but still my internet is not working. Since last three days the connection is totally down and I calling every day to call centre but everyday one new person is visiting and telling it will start in one hour.
We are helpless. The brand like Airtel is not supposed to be this kind of service where customer has to wait and keep calling for one month.
Hope as a senior responsible person you will act on this issue if there some value about customer.
