Text of Complaint by Mukund Kumar Pandey:

I’ve switched my number (9818886149) from post paid to prepaid on 17th Feb 2019 from airtel store (Sahara Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana) at the time of swapping they told me that it will convert within two or three days. On 18th Feb 2019 at around 9.55 PM I’ve received the message from Airtel that your number will be converted from postpaid to prepaid between 10 PM 18th Feb to 5 AM on 19th Feb. My number will be start working after 5 AM on 19th Feb. As suggested by airtel executive that please do the 1st recharge from store only not from online or app, I’ve visited to nearest shop but the are unable to recharge my number then I’ve visited again to airtel store (Sahara Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana) but they also unable to recharge due to some error. They told me that we have raised your concern with concern team, and it will take 48 hours to resolve. After waited 48 hours I’ve again visited airtel store (Sahara Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana) yesterday then they replied the concern team was closed the ticket without resolving the issue, no worry will again raise the complain and it will take 48 hours more to resolve. I’ve wrote an email to Nodal team as well as appellate team, but no one are happy to resolve the issue. Everyone of airtel comes with new ticket no and TAT.
