Hi

This is to inform you that on 18.05.2018, I had applied for availing the Airtel Broadband Services. On 19.05.2020, airtel executive came to my house and helped me to register for the service & on the same day I paid to Airtel Rs. 3536 as advance 3 months rental according to the executive’s instruction. But till now I did not get the connection & even after contacting the customer care to refund my money back, I did not get my money back.
