I’m not able to use the interest service since July 2019. I tried contacting the customer service, also did I visit the Airtel gallery a several times. But it all went in vain.
Everytime I’m been given the same reason that there’s some networm tower construction in my locality. But I’m facing the problem everywhere I go. Indoor as well as outdoor.
Nobody is trying to resolve the issue and I’m asked to maintain patience everytime! Nobody reverts back/update me with the same.
Now since a week I’m unable to use my SMS services. I did contact the customer service for the same. But it’s of no use.
