Ticket Id-1278206, related to replacement of faulty Ninja Call watch of fire bolt is not resolved since last 30 days. I have returned the faulty watch to Fire bolt company but still not received the replaced watch from the company. I have been regularly following up with the company for replacement of the watch but no one is able to resolve the problem. Very frustrated with the attitude of customer relations team of company.
