I am confused with your service as who is the responsible seller or your customer service. Please look for all the requests closed by your customer service without any resolution.
I complain to your customer service and they just keep closing the request without any update or resolution. Is this the kind of service you provide. If yes then shut down your customer service.
Please have a look at my order.I ordered a 10 piece avenger car set and the seller sent me a 4 piece set with 2 quantities. I raised a request for replacement and the seller again sent the incorrect product and so I rejected the delivery still no action taken from flipkart.
Your customer service is not able to help and just resolve the reported issue without any action. Can you take any strict action against the representative who closed the issue and also ask the seller to send the correct product.
I want the correct product as indicated in my order. I don’t want to keep on rejecting delivery.
