Text of Complaint by Kirti Malik:

I am very dissapointed with the customer support of Airtel, I am trying to reach out to them to resolve my last month bill query for last 3 days now and they don’t know whom to transfer my call. Every time when I call their customer support, they ask me to wait and transfer my call again and again and the finally it gets disconnected. I am using Airtel postpaid 4G dongle with the plan of RS 700 per month (4 GB per day), everything was fine till last month and now they raised a bill of Rs 825 for last month. I don’t know whom to connect as I tried all the Airtel customer support numbers available on the internet but did’t get any resolution. My Airtel postpaid number is 9729139651. Please help.
