I’m airtel user from last couple of years, 2 weeks before my airtel network stopped working. now when i visited airtel store to fix network issue they are saying my aadhar card is not linked to mobile number. as per supreme court verdict linking of aadhar is not mandatory. even if i’m now ready to link my aadhar card details they are telling me my birth date do not match with proof given by me. and now if they start my card it will be started in postpaid mode. i don’t understand why my service will be resumed in postpaid mode whereas i have been using prepaid mode. I’m very disappointed with airtel service, even response from executives are pathetic.
