I book a bus ticket from gorakhpur to Delhi for 25 February 2022 through paytm and my operator was kst traveller but at time time of traveling my operator call me and told my bus was canceled and I got my refund in 72 hour but we did not receive any refund I also complain in paytm customer support ,four times ,all time customer support said that I receive my refund in 72 hour but I did not get any refund ….
