Respected sir/ madam
i am used jio number 9646043407. i want to buy a new jio number but when I was visit to jio store to buy a new jio sim they told me that i have already having more than 7 jio number linked with my aadhar . So, i will not able buy a new sim.
I asked them for the detail of jio number linked with my aadhar and told them to unlink the unused numbers. But they were not able to share detail of jio numbers linked with my aadhar and told me to contact to jio care for the same.
when i contact jio care the executive is also not able to share detail of jio numbers linked with my aadhar. I asked her to unlink to jio numbers that i were in my mind i.e 9877513279 and 7888471906 but she asked me lot of details e.g. last recharge date, amount of last recharge, IMIE number of mobile that i used last time for that number etc some detail that i know i share with her same will be told by me to her, but she told me that the information provided by me are wrong.
it is really ridiculous that when we buy a jio number our aadhar card is mandatory but when we want to unlink them from our aadhar why aadhar is not mandatory.
please help me to unlink jio numbers with my aadhar which are not in use. I shall be highly thankful to you.
