Hi Team,
I have initiated a transaction of Rs 50,000 on 18th Feb through IMPS. The amount got debited from my account but it was unsuccessful at the merachants end. I contacted parimatch team via Telegram app and they told to wait for 14 working days and I will receive the amount back in my account. Till date, I haven’t received the amount. I have cross checked with the bank and they clearly told me that the amount has been successfully credited to merchant. Post which I replied to Parimatch team and everytime they say their team is working on it and they just copy paste the blurb – “Sir, , We can understand your frustration with the situation and we are really apologize for that kindly have some patience they are working on it.”
