I have complaint about issue in recent charge for jio sim. I paid 555 through google pay to jio mobility which appeared after selecting plan from jio app. But still no response from jio team about the recharge. Amount has been deducted from my account but recharge has not been done. This is extremely wrong that such a big company and still not able to provide support to customers regarding their complaints.
