the product was ordered on 18 Feb and was delivered on 25 Feb. before that also, I confirmed from the chat of customer care that I will be contacted within 2-5 days of delivery about the installation but I was never contacted. I had tried calling the brand service center but no response, also I tried contacting the Flipkart grievance officer, but all just kept on delaying. now I want to return the product because of the poor service from the brand as well as from the flipkart. its been more than 15 days and still no resolution the above problem. neither I can install nor can return, what am i supposed to do now with this product?
