I deposited 1stly on 20th June 2023. The notification also said that the deposit will be made within 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I saw that the account was not credited, so I contacted the customer care. When I sent the message every day, I was told to wait 14 days after giving the token number. Today is the 4th of July.. still not up.When I asked today, he said that he would need proof of transferred the funds as a video. I was never told about sending a video before. Whenever I go to search, only the token number, screenshot and game ID are asked. Now Sumathi agent has behaved as if it was my fault of not giving video previously …. If they asked only i can provide video.. Upto this time noone asked me or informed me about this in a way without any responsibility.They forgot that customer satisfaction is their duty and behaved as if there was no value. When I asked more, they closed the chat and left.. If the issue is uploading the video, why didn’t you ask me? Why not informed? I am dissatisfied. Now that I know about the video, even if I send it, they are still telling me to wait 14 days. Why didn’t they give me a value for my cash?
