Hi All,

I am into serious problem and need the problem to be resolved asap.
Around 6 months back I called Tata sky for new connection and I was suggested by the customer care executive to club my connection to an existing Id “1275153342” at the same address of my elder brother.  And I was informed of many benefits on my confirmation the my TV / Set top box was clubbed with existing I’d of my brother without any documentation.
Now I have raised a request of separating my set top box to Id and I am struggling to do that. Initially I was asked since you have less than 150 rupees balance into your account we are unable to do that.  I recharged twice with 210 rupees in 15 days gap but Id was not created.  On last Saturday I again called and I was informed that they tried reaching me on my mobile number upon no response they closed the ticket and would be creating the new ticket for the same now.  I am almost feeling harassed from past 1 month by the customer care executive by asking the same question again and again.  Now They need NOC from my brother which I told I can not do due to personal reason to which I am getting response as this is mandatory.
Now I have the following questions,
1. Why customer care executive would have suggested me to club with the existing Id of my brother what is the benefit for Tata sky?
2. At the time of clubbing with the existing Id of my brother they did not ask for any NOC to be signed from my brother.  But they asked his registered mobile number which is of my brother and I knew that and I told that my Set top box was clubbed with that, then why while separating set-top box they need signed NOC from my brother?
3. I am fully frustrated with crap customer care executive Tata sky has. I would request to hear all the recorded customer care discussion which I have done in past more than one month. Now I want this to be resolved asap.  Else if without signed NOC this request is not possible to be resolved then I would request you guys to cancel my connection take back your set top box return my 1000 rupees that I have paid for the box and I will go for some other subscriber.
4. If none of the above is possible?  Then definitely I have to look for some other legal options?
