I have a data plan with Airtel. It’s 50 GB data per month. My plan says 50GB per month and displays that I have used 64.8 GB and left with nothing. I am not sure if I have consumed 65 GB over a period of 2 months, then I still have 35 GB left in my plan, but if it’s 65 GB in one month I really doubt how it is, and moreover how I was allowed to consume 15 GB above my plan data?
I think there are some issue, I would like to get this sorted out please. I am struggling since last Friday with this issue but of no luck in resolving actual issue. Please help me it’s impacting my office work significantly as we are operating from home and i signed up for this plan so that I could work from home.
i am unable to reach anyone from Airtel even after trying multiple times with all avenues possible. I am unable to register a case for my issue
