Sir/Madam,
With all respect I want to inform you that this is a formal complaint about the denial of duty of the staff of the Kotak Bank
My car insurance for accident was done under Kotak Bank and the settlement of the claim is still pending (from more than 7 months) as I have received partial amount from the bank. Moreover, the bank has already sold the car to other person and that car is still under my Mother’s Name (Mrs. Santosh Kumari) and NOC is still not handed to the buyer by the Kotak Bank. Even though, affidavit is signed by both the parties.
And also, our insurance agent Nitesh Sharma(7291970035) from Kotak Bank, is delaying the matter by giving irrelevant excuses like they are not able to contact the buyer. This type of ignorance is very much unprofessional. This is happening from approximately 7 months. So, I request you to please ask the concerned official to look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
