Text of Complaint by UMANG JAIN:

Sir/Ma’am,
I have a broadband connection – 0120 26187982_dsl / landline no. – 0120 4210624  registered under the name ”Punam Jain'”. I am facing bill related issues .i talked to your representative ‘Kirti’ ( her mobile no. – +91 9205216642)  @ 10:18 am on August 10, 2020. She told me that I am changed to a new plan –  649/- rental, an additional 30gb data extra + 50 rs discount coupon for 6 months, and 1000 GB extra. So, in total 707rs (inclusive of taxes) permanently.
Previously I was on 549/- rental, but now the JULY BILLING says a total amount of 942/-rs. She said she would give 300/-discount further on this amount. she told me I would be updated on this through mails , SMS, and app. But to date, no communication has been received from your end.
Today I again called 121 and asked for the same regarding the BILLING amount. They said they have no idea about this and asked me to pay 588/- rs. I have paid the same but still, the app shows the due amount of 354.82 /- rs.  After paying I again called 121, they said they have no idea about this. Moreover,  they didn’t even respond politely.
Being an Airtel customer, I am not satisfied with your services. Your services are degrading day by day. I want my monthly bill to be in between 500-600. If you can do anything in this regard, do it. Else, I will opt out of airtel.
