Hello,
I am writing to complain regarding my bill which I got was 920 INR in month of June, which was 589 INR in may due to discount provided by Airtel.
My issue is that I got the bill without any intimation that the amount in the next bill will be without discount, Had i gor any intimation I would have removed the connection.
Now, I am mailing airtel regarding this concern but I get very late replies/mail, I will not pay the bill ubtilk you resolve this issue, you can discontinue your ‘AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICES’ from my house.
