Sub : 1. Issue of out dated cheques against monthly rent of “Jio Tower installation”  to Smt. Dashoda Bai Sahu of Village – Nawadih Khurd.

2. Non giving copy of Agreement despite several requests
3. Non getting N.O.C. from Gram Panchayat Nawadih Khurd for JIO Tower Installation & not paying NOC fee of Rs. 25000/- per annum for the year 2017-18, 2018-19 ,2019-20
4. Taken signatures of Sarpanch & Secretary of Gram panchayat in Agreement papers in good faith but not taken NOC , Not paying Panchayat NOC fee   also.

on behalf of Smt. Dashoda Bai Sahu resident of village Nawadih, P.O. Bagbahra 493449, Dist.Mahasamund C.G.  I wish to inform you as under :-

1. That on the land of Smt. Dashoda Bai Sahu of Village Nawadih Khurd JIO had constructed Tower in the year 2017-18  & taking benefit of illiteracy  of  villagers  your persons had taken signature on Agreement papers of Smt. Dasoda Bai Sahu , Gram Panchayat  Nawdih Khurd’s  Sarpanch  & Secretary with a assurance  to take N.O.C. from Panchayat Samiti & to Pay Rs. 25,000/- per annum panchayat fee for the same . And the rent of land will be  3500/- monthly . After signing on Agreement papers Jio  persons had not yet given any copy of said Agreement despite several request.
2. That Jio persons  had made  two months rent by cheque Rs.3500/- each  during the year 2018 . But not yet taken N.O.C. from Panchayat Samiti & also not paid the Fee.
3. That Now Jio persons had issued two  out dated cheques & getting harassed she  approached me ( Harish Pandey ,Ex. Pricipal of P.H.S. School Bagbhara & father of  Gram Panchayat Nawadih Khurd  Sarpanch  Shri Roman Pandey )  to write her grievances to you .
