Hi,

I have lost my Airtel SIM with number 8142531029. I have sent a request to airtel(121@airtel.com) on May 30th for issue of duplicate SIM to the person I have authorized as I am outside India. I have attached all the required documents and information as shown below on the same day.

I have contacted airtel team in twitter as well, but there is no progress and no proper response from airtel team on my request till now. Its been almost 2 months. Airtel is not even sharing the exact status of my request on why it is delaying so much.

As a customer, the impact of not having the SIM is huge, as lot of my transactions and activities are linked to my airtel number. I have tried my best to follow up with airtel on 121@airtel.com and airtel twitter, but there is no use.

Through this forum i request faster resolution of my request raised to airtel as it is already been 2 months.
