I ordered electronic item on 26Dec 2020 on Amazon and on 30 Dec 2020 at 10:30am receive sms with OTP that your product is out for delivery but around after one an half hour, receive sms that your product is delivered
Delivery agent not contact to me either physically, call,sms or mail
I contact Amazon customer service support they said that your delivery is OTP based so we can’t do anything
