Today, I want to order some food and I was new to this app. So I opt for help via chat option in which at first I talked to Bhagysri and then to Kaushik. These are the two names that are displayed on the screen. And both of them talked to me by chat service which has taken nearly 2 hours of mine. Not only this, but after this much time my issue was not solved, they both continue to say (this and that, I can’t help you at the moment pls reply after some time, sorry for inconvenience,etc.) Then I saw my watch and I realised that this chat has taken my 2 hours rather than a calling service which could have been finished within 5-10 mins.

So, here the negative impact of this company comes up with is that-

1. No calling service is available for help.
2. Chat via text service takes a lot of time of the customers.
3. So the customers might get frustrated.
4. According to me, as my issue is not solved

So out of 100, nearly 33-45% of issues might get solved by the company, which is even below the 50%.

1. But one good thing is that all the assisting peoples working in this company are good in Apologizing the customers and nothing else.

5.No Customer calling service is  available. Here, you only have the chat via text option, that continues more than a hour or too.

So, according to me by the above pros and cons,

Your service is just binded within the software only, and nothing else. You ask restaurants owners to come and join you in order to enlarge your company. Your company is just dependent on the software only. It would be very great and better for me to just go to the restaurant in 10 -15 mins and place my order and consume it in 15-20 mins and then back to home in 10-15 mins. Means, Total comes out to be 50 mins or nearly an hour. Unlike the way that your company has taken my 2 hours to solve the issue (of placing my food order) by chat option that ended up with no solution of my issue and has taken my 2 hours.
