Text of Complaint by Anu:

I am using airtel network for more than one year. I ported to get good range and internet acess. But I am having issues with my phone as I can not receive any calls and also not getting internet. I has missed an opportunity to attend an interview since they could not reach me by phone. I am unemployed for 10 months and the choice of airtel by me caused more trouble. I filed complaint and mailed so many times still have the issue. We are having a new tower in our locality and many people who ported into airtel has affected their livelihood. I know one neighbours who lives by taxi often does not get calls due to airtel. Now when I am porting finally, they ask me to go for 129 rupees recharge for getting sms. I feel this as a exploitation of underprivileged people who pay the same amount as others but didnot get the service. Yes, airtel should give compensation for their bad service and their bad approach.
