This is regarding complaint number 31-3539949315410. This request was closed multiple times and I was given the option to reopen the request by replying to the SMS.
This issue is not resolved and I do not have an option to re-open the request. I did called 198 to re-open the request and they did not re-open the request as this reopened multiple times.
Maybe this is how Airtel closing customer complaints and trying to make ZERO Complaints which they are marketing. In a weeks time, All my open requests will be closed and will become ZERO Complaints though the issues are still there…
I am unable to make calls from the location for the last 3 months and the requests are being closed with some random resolutions (Physical Optimization or Software Optimization)
