I have given PORT IN request on 09th Jan’21 . due to some system error request not processed but payment done INR 849.00 .

now I’m chasing with JIO via social media/mail and store but not received a refund till date.

request to kindly help me in this and i want JIO should apologise and bear the charges  for their bad service.
