I am facing some issues in my jiofiber and I have raised a request in their application they said that they will resolve it by Monday and then they didn’t visit after I talk with the customer care they said that the issue will rectify it by Tuesday night it’s not resolved so again I contacted the customer care team now they raised another service request it says that the issue will resolve by Thursday. Almost 2 working days gone. My work are dependent on the network now I can’t able to work, now it’s another 2 working days if they say clearly in the beginning when I connected them I will look for any other alternative ways but they didn’t say properly so they wasted my time and now I have lot of work pending.
