I have requested on 10/01/2024 to reallocate our JoiFiber (Prepaid)
connection with Phone No. 8210478576. But today (11-01-2024) I got a
response from a service person saying “there is unavailability of
slots in the mentioned area”. And I have received an e-mail with
reason “has been cancelled due to technical reasons”.
Area Address:
Gossai Toli, Prachin Ram Mandir, Chutia, Ranchi (Jharkhand), Post Code- 834001.
And on same day (11-01-2024), i have request for new connection with
different contact No. (8051355947). Same person came to above
mentioned area and installed the new connection of Jiofiber (Postpaid)
connection on same flat.
As discussed with the service person, they were told that this
connection is prepaid. I got the Postpaid connection.
The service person is Rajiv & contact no. of that person is 8709057536.
