Dear Team,
I had converted my prepaid number to postpaid in the month of September, 2018. I visited air-tel owned office address SCF 8, sector 27 D, Chandigarh. At office i met wit Mr. Ajit and he offered me a plan of RS. 499 per month with a discount of RS.150. It means that after a month i will billed with RS. 349 + Taxes. But from last two months i was billed by 499 and discount is not applicable. I lodge a complaint to Mr. Ajit as on 22.11.18 at 19:43:07 for this issue and he gave me SR no 31-107940518506. Ajit told me that he had all verified documents that when he sold me the plan the offer is running so i will liable to get this offer. After three hours of getting SR number i received a message that “charges levied in the bill is valid” and SR number closed. Next day i called on toll free number 198 and told about the same and they registered my complaint another time. The concern is this that still the issue is pending and not being solved. As on 27.11.18 I again met with Mr. Ajit and he again convinced me that he have all valid documents and need not to worry. Kindly look in to the matter seriously and help me to solve the issue. Kindly note one major thing that when my post paid number is started than i checked my plan on airtel application where i had seen that my plan is showing 499 and showing 150 off also. But after 10 or 15 days the discount were removed from application.
