I have changed my bill plan (9790970992)to 999 / month couple of days back in order to add my other number (9941523563) and my spouse number (9790972992).

Initially I requested customer care executive coupled times to change the plan and add the numbers under family. But they insisted me to do so only through app.

First I did my plan change in app however I was not allowed to add the other 2 numbers. I was getting g a pop up stating “please pay the outstanding amount and then add”.

But i was not able to see the outstanding as it always reflected 0.

First month passed away and 2nd month when I tried the same it popped the same message but this time it was with the outstanding of other 2 numbers. At this I paid the outstanding of those numbers and created family.

Even after this I was getting usual bill with past plan of my second and 3rd number. Surprisingly when I checked the 3 numbers which I tagged earlier does not exists. Please tell me if a customer will change the plan to 999 in order to pay single bill and then will keep paying another 2 separate bill for 450+ each. I don’t think am a senseless person.

I have paid additional 1.5 months bill for 2 numbers unnecessarily due to unavailability of executives or AIRTEL SYSTEM FAULT. Even now am not able to speak to any one regarding this issue.

It may be due to pandemic situation. But it still can be resolved. My request is to attach the 2 numbers to my primary number and reverse the amount which I already paid for the past 1 and a half month
