I have a post paid connection plan of 499 so bill will come around 588 inclusive of tax but this month got a bill for 1589 & when I see the details it says Amazon prime renewal charge which I never requested still they added in my bill. I tried to reach customer care due to covid 19 no staff are working & not connected to any staff. Even to I made payment for my plan rs 589 but after the date getting a mssg that if I dont pay rest amount in 1 day my service will disconnected when I not request for other service why should I pay for it. Very bad & pathetic service. Will definitely raise this issue in social media how can they do like this. I need a solution for this issue at the earliest.
