Text of Complaint by Vinay kant:

I have ordered cezo telescope from Flipkart which was delivered to me on 3rd May 2022. When I opened the telescope I found that two lenses was missing from the box as well the product as shown in the advertisement was different from the one delivered to me. I have raise my request for replacement of product as per replacement policy within 7days from date of deliever on 3rd May 2022 but the Flipkart rejected my return request without mentioning any reason on 07.05.2022 after taht I again lodged my return request on same day ie on 07.05.2022 which was again rejected and closed without mentioning any reason on 11.05.2022 and now the timeline for replacement is already over. It is very pathetic on the part of such a multinational company cheating and annoying customers such a way. Please take appropriate action against such company and help me in replacement of the product.
