Dear Sir,
I have purchase the new sim no. 8991560990009308844U After submitting of valid documents from your office at digboi on 14.12.2018 for request for MNP from my Vodafone number 9613299804 to airtel. After a long period gone your office member are not ready to reply and MNP is not done. If your digboi office are not serious then why they are accepted the request. Just this type of airtel office staff are wasting the time.. I visited more then 2time but they have not valid reason to reply. They are selling the sim for collection of payment only.
