Text of Complaint by Rahul Shendye:

Dear sir,

I am your subscriber from so long but these days I am facing serious Issues regarding your company services and not happy with it.

I have done a recharge of Rs. 49/- on my airtel prepaid number 9893494545 on 28th October 2020 and after 3 days without using internet and without making a single call my balance got washed out and now my balance is on Zero, and the same problem I faced in last recharge also.

So kindly look into the matter and do the needful and plz revert my full balance asap otherwise my request if will not be considered I will have to PORT my number to other service provider and never took any services of airtel and also my family members are using the same services will also have to consider the same step for them also.
