- I have ported my number to VI postpaid and at that time I was promised that minimum I have to use it for 3 months and then it will get converted to prepaid
- After 3 months I went to the gallery asking to get it converted it to prepaid then they asked that it is now 4 months and not 3 months which I felt a fraud. Unnecessary have to pay VI bills. At that time the owner of the gallery promised that he will pay 200 and rest amount I have to pay for the month of Dec 2020. He asked me to come on 25th Dec to get it done
- I went on 25th Dec and they processed something which got failed and the conversion did not happen from postpaid to prepaid because of their negligence.
- After that I went multiple times to get this issue done but they ignoring me and they don’t call and the owner is always out who promised to take care of this issue. Because of their delay and negligence the bill is generated which I am definitely not going to pay.
- Its been 3 months i am getting this pathetic service from VI. I regret I am using your network a big time
