I have taken an excitel connection last month, and after connection there has always been some issues in last 15 days I raised around 8 complaints and each time it took minimum 2 days to even work on resolution then finally when problem started escalating 2 days ago, I tried to contact them and they always postpone it to the end of the day and then say, our ground team will work the next day, this has been continuing for 2 days and I don’t know till when they will fix it, when I tried to call them, them make me wait for minimum an hour if they ever reply and their customer support in chat many a times don’t even deem to respond.Now, I just want my prepaid money back so I can change the ISP company, It’s a size month plan and I don’t think that I’ll be able to bear this behaviour for six months. Their customer support even lies that they tried to contact me but I didn’t respond. Poor work ethics.
