We staying in Bengaluru Karnataka, Need to shift our two wheeler From Bangalore to tamilnadu . initially we approach the customer service person he quoted door to door pickup and delivery for Rs 2500/-
Jan month 28th 2024 our vehicle picked up, after pickup we asked for delivery invoice details, they shared after 3 days by our continues calls and follow up, In invoice they mentioned Rs 7200 we asked reason they told ( two wheeler insurance) but this thing they didn’t mentioned earlier, after they speaking very rude no response from their team,
We don’t have option so we paid 75% in Rs 7200 balance we told after delivery we can pay,
After one week follow up they deliver our bike to my address by damaging ( indicators, petrol tank leakage ) we asked to them the delivery person very rude
He told if u r not pay my amount I will take the bike
Also asked for 1000 rs extra, so we got cheated and for two wheeler totally we paid Rs 8000/-
Guys don’t book your valuable items for transportation via logistics,
They are not responding at all
Even we called to a number which mentioned in website that guy also no response
Don’t trust them!!!
