My isd call is deactivated without proper notice. Though I have made several calls to customer care and even paid the outstanding amount mentioned by them my complaint was not considered or acted upon. My husband is outside India and I am not able to speak to him for this reason.
I have asked for preferable email ID to escalate this matter as well. Even that was not shared.
If you observe, I must have made as many as 8 calls to customer care and have requested for a call back as well, till now no one responded to me regarding the same.
Also i mailed my query to the customer care,they are not responding properly instead they are mentioning as mail id is not authenticated.I have sent then mail from an authenticated mail id,even then its not activated.
My question is why this kind of service is provided by airtel?
Why my isd call was barred without proper notification
In spite of paying the bill why wasn’t activated?
Why I didn’t receive a call back?
Why customer care people are saying, they don’t have any details?
When this will be activated?
I need a apology or relevant clarfication from airtel for their irresponsible behavior.
Its been more than 24 hours and still my ISD is not activated.If there is an emergency situation what would have happened ?Please address this quickly.
